Respondents are professional customers of the company, which is engaged in the import, distribution, and sale of spare auto parts, as well as service and related equipment. The survey was conducted online from 22 to 24 June 2021 via the Viber platform by sending messages with a link to the Google form survey. The subject of this paper is the analysis of targeted marketing communication with professional customers, through the Viber social application platform, in the retail and wholesale channel during the period of "lockdown" (full or partially limited work 2020) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
